I'm an EFT Tapping Practitioner, Energy Healer & Intuitive.
I support women on their growth journey, in a way that honours where they currently are and empowers them to get to where they want to go - in a way thats grounded, sustainable, and honours their humanness.
I operate from the belief that our soul will guide us to heal when we're ready to, and it's a life long journey - not something to try and rush through. In saying that, I believe the best tool we can use to navigate our life is our own intuition, which is something I'm passionate about helping others to tune into.
My intention, through the work that I do, is to encourage others to search for answers within before looking outward, understand and embody who they came here to be, and create the reality they want to be living in.
